Linens

This is a one-time charge
Full Linen Package: 1BR $35  Loft & 2BR $55 

Bed Linens for all Beds; include sheets, Pillows with pillowcases, Towels, and washcloths. One-bedroom cabins come with 2 blankets, and 2 two-bedroom cabins come with 2 blankets. Bring Extra Blankets if Needed.

We do not do Daily Housekeeping. 

 

One-time Towel Exchange provided for Reservations of three nights or longer only.

 

Pool Towels are not included. 

                                      

Partial Linen Package: 1 BR $19  Loft & 2BR $29.

  • Fishing is catch & release only.  You do not need an Indiana fishing license.

  • No Swimming in the Lakes

  • Poles available for rent - Bait for purchase at our store.

  • No Smoking or Vaping in Cabins (Fee for smoking in Cabins $200.00)

  • Maximum of two cars per Cabin. Must park on Driveways. Extra parking spaces available.

  • No Pets Allowed. 

  • No Golf Carts.

  • Keys will be given to you at check-in.  For Check-out, Please return key to Office

  • A charge for a lost key is $30.00

  • A Resort Fee of $20 per reservation provides every guest with:

Cancellations

 

Cancellation Policy

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations and any changes to your reservation must be done by email. (staylincolnpines@gmail.com) We do not take cancellations by telephone.

All cancellations will be charged a $40 cancellation fee per cabin. To avoid being charged a 1-night stay, all changes and cancellations to your reservation must be done 10 days prior to your arrival date. Between 2 - 10 days before arrival if you
drop a day from your reservation 50% of the dropped night will be charged. If you cancel or change your reservation 3 days or less before your arrival date the full amount of your reservation will be charged.This policy applies to ALL reservations, including reservations made within the 10-day cancellation period.

 

This includes any cancellations due to inclement weather or travel disruptions caused by family illnesses.
