Bed Linens for all Beds; include sheets, Pillows with pillowcases, Towels, and washcloths. One-bedroom cabins come with 2 blankets, and 2 two-bedroom cabins come with 2 blankets. Bring Extra Blankets if Needed.
We do not do Daily Housekeeping.
One-time Towel Exchange provided for Reservations of three nights or longer only.
Pool Towels are not included.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations and any changes to your reservation must be done by email. (staylincolnpines@gmail.com) We do not take cancellations by telephone.
All cancellations will be charged a $40 cancellation fee per cabin. To avoid being charged a 1-night stay, all changes and cancellations to your reservation must be done 10 days prior to your arrival date. Between 2 - 10 days before arrival if you drop a day from your reservation 50% of the dropped night will be charged. If you cancel or change your reservation 3 days or less before your arrival date the full amount of your reservation will be charged.This policy applies to ALL reservations, including reservations made within the 10-day cancellation period.
This includes any cancellations due to inclement weather or travel disruptions caused by family illnesses.
