We live just a few miles from Abe Lincoln’s boyhood home and this has given us an insight into his way of life. We have enjoyed following his early path living here in Spencer County.
 

My wife & I hope to make those stories come to life with our resort.
When we purchased this land, there were cabins on it from the days he lived here. We decided to expand on it by incorporating a story about those early years into our cottages.
 

We’re both retired and agreed to start this resort as a new beginning. We owe a huge thanks to our children who have joined us in this awesome journey and we hope that you’ll also be a part of this story.
