For an addition $30 you can Check-in an up to two hours prior to regular check-in time.
Check-in begins at 3:00pm Central Time and Check-out is at 11:00 Central.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations and any changes to your reservation must be done by email. (staylincolnpines@gmail.com)(mailto:staylincolnpines@gmail.com) We do not take cancellations by telephone.
All cancellations will be charged a $40 cancellation fee per cabin. To avoid being charged a 1-night stay,all changes and cancellationsto your reservation must be done before 3:00 pm, 15 days before your arrival date. This includes date changes and reducing the number of days booked.Please see the cancellation date on your reservation. If you cancel or change your reservation 4 days or less before your arrival date, the full amount of your reservation will be charged. This policy applies to ALL reservations,including reservations made within the 15-day cancellation period.
This includes any cancellations due to inclement weather or travel disruptions caused by family illnesses.

We do not take personal checks or money orders. You can pay by cash or or credit card. There is a 1.5% convenience fee for using a credit card.
We don not honor Military, teacher or nurses, etc discounts. Coupon codes when available will be advertised on the front page of our website or on our social media pages.
